We are looking for a Buyer, Indirect Procurement to be a part of our Indirect procurement team in Bangalore. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for leading and driving the procurement of MRO goods and services with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be accountable for the right cost derivation and service focusing on speed to develop/localize in-region with clear project tracking and supervising deliverables. The right candidate should have relevant experience in indirect procurement!

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Own and drive the indirect procurement process for MRO goods and services in India but not limited to

• Procure-to-pay process: Reviewing eREQ in eREQ system, Convert PR to PO, send PO to vendors and follow up with vendor for deliveries, payment process etc. for assigned sites
• Sourcing activities including vendor selections and qualifications, price negotiations, biddings for indirect categories requested from assigned sites.
• Collaberate with Vendor Team for Vendor request creations
• Collaberate with legal, business to review contracts for assigned sites, and negotiate with supplier on terms and pricing from indirect procurement perspective and enter into contract pod for approval and docusign.
• Strong project tracking, and engagement with stakeholders to overcome constraints to keep project status on track.
• Other indirect procurement assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor's in procurement, finance or equivalent area
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement
• Strong knowledge and skills of related indirect procurement process and indirect categories
• Proven track record in JIT and VMI Program management

• Exposure to indirect procurement and processes.
• Good in communication, costing, negotiation
