Vistance is recruiting an Analyst, IT (Site Support), to join our team based in Hyderabad!
The IT Onsite Site Support provides hands-on technical support for end‑user computing, network connectivity, and workplace IT services across office and factory environments. This role focuses on on‑site support with limited remote assistance, ensuring reliable IT services, rapid issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
- Provide hands-on technical support to end users for the acquisition, installation, configuration, and usage of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and company‑approved operating systems and software.
- Record, track, and manage service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow‑up, effective resolution, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher support tiers or external vendors as required.
- Perform and coordinate laptop and desktop setup for new hires, ensuring compliance with company standards for user configuration, security, and required software applications.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support wired and wireless network connectivity in accordance with company standards, including gathering user requirements, monitoring LAN performance, and supporting basic network security activities.
- Provide on‑site installation, troubleshooting, and operational support for computers, printers, audiovisual systems, video conferencing solutions, wireless access points, and telephony systems across both office and factory environments.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and project stakeholders on IT initiatives, site upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Deliver limited remote IT technical support to users located at multiple sites, including corporate offices, engineering labs, and manufacturing or distribution locations.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of enterprise applications and end‑user technologies, including Microsoft and Apple platforms.
- Comply with onsite physical requirements, including the ability to walk, climb stairs or ladders, sit or stand for extended periods, and lift IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Customer Support, Deskside Support, or Onsite IT Support roles.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support users in fast‑paced environments.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, procedures, and end‑user support processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple support requests
