Vistance is recruiting an Analyst, IT Operations Windows & Cloud to join our team based in Hyderabad! The Windows Admin/Analyst is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance & support of Windows-based enterprise infrastructure to ensure overall availability and reliability. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to, management and support of Azure Cloud, VMware virtualized environments, performance monitoring & analysis, network configuration, project management, troubleshooting, planning, and forecasting

 How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Implement, manage, and maintain Windows based enterprise infrastructure supporting critical business systems.
• Should have expertise in Windows AD/DFS/DNS/DHCP/Print Server and File server concepts in Windows OS 2012/2016/2019.
• Should have good knowledge on managing and Upgradation of Vcenter/vSphere 6.5/6.7/7.0.
• Knowledge of VMware/Nutanix environment to provision the VMs by understanding the customer requirements.
• Self-starter and making decisions to resolve the issues within SLAs.
• Familiar on Windows Servers patching tools SCCM/WSUS.
• Hands on experience in Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Strong Hardware knowledge on Server Hardware HP/Dell/Cisco and Vendor management.
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in windows and VMware environment.
• Good knowledge on multiple Antivirus Software’s.
• Knowledge on Citrix Virtual apps and Desktop Service.
• Handle Ticketing queue and issue resolution by Following ITIL process like Incident/Problem/Change Management.
• Perform other/additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Participate in team On-Call rotation.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related curriculum.
• Eight (8) plus years of experience supporting Data Centers in a large multisite (preferably global) enterprise network.  
• Seven (5) plus years administering Windows systems in a mission-critical environment
• Five (2) plus years cloud tenant administration (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Five (2) plus years managing VMware ESX/ESXi or vSphere environments
• Three (3) plus years administering Windows 2012/2016/2019 (AD/DNS/DHCP)
• NAS/SAN storage experience a plus (HPE and NetApp preferred)
• Identity Management/AD/LDAP experience plus
• Systems Management (e.g., PowerShell) experience a plus
• Commvault/Veeam/NetBackup experience a plus
• Azure, VMWare Certified Advanced Professional VCAP5 or greater
• 5 years of experience in design, implementation, quality assurance, and transition to operations of enterprise-level virtualized infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019 operating systems.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts
• Experience supporting Data Centers in a large multisite (preferably global) enterprise network
• Demonstrated experience in design, deployment, administration, configuration, and integration of data center technologies.
• Extensive experience with server platforms (Cisco UCS, HP, or Dell)
• Zerto, VEEAM, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
• Experience with Cloud services and data center highly available solutions.
• AWS, Azure public cloud experience in a production environment 
• Planning, deploying, and configuring systems in a cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
