Senior Analyst, Workflow Systems

Vistance is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Workflow Systems, to join our team based in Hyderabad!

To support the administration, maintenance, and issue resolution of Product Lifecycle Management-related applications.

 How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Maintain operation, availability, and user access to Product Lifecycle applications, including:
  • VMX (homegrown 4D platform for administration of engineering change orders)
  • MegaScreen
  • SAP KPro
  • SAP IPD / EPD - Integrated / Enterprise Product Development
  • DigitalCM (homegrown Visual Basic / .NET platform for product provisioning)
  • ULIMS (homegrown 4D platform for lab reservations)
  • Oracle Agile
  • TeamCenter PDM1 (database only)
• Partner with the Infrastructure team to maintain security and OS updates
• Assist users in locating and accessing legacy data
• Modify and deploy code as needed to keep applications operational and secure in an evolving environment
• Execute testing as needed to validate network, infrastructure and application-level changes
• Participate in discussions to identify suitable replacement applications and to plan and execute migrations
• Cross-train other team members to assist with back-up and off-hours coverage

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline, or comparable years of experience
• 8+ years of experience in maintaining custom applications and/or features
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Integrated development environments
  • SCM code development and release practices
  • Engineering and Supply Chain business operations
  • Application database schemas

• Maintaining Product Lifecycle Management / Engineering Change applications
• Reverse engineering code written by someone else without their assistance
• Conducting application security and continuity assessments and performing remediation
