RUCKUS Networks builds and delivers networking SaaS platforms powered by licensing frameworks and IT backend applications that underpin product functionality and business operations. We are seeking an junior level Product Manager with strong analytical skills and a strong execution mindset to help support and improve these foundational capabilities.

In this role, you will work on well‑defined SaaS components related to licensing systems, entitlement management, and data integrity and flow, collaborating closely with Engineering, DevOps, IT, Sales, and Customer Support. This position is well suited for someone interested in developing expertise in platform fundamentals and becoming effective working across interconnected systems.

This role is ideal for someone who values long‑term ownership, is motivated by learning and mastering a critical product domain and is interested in building deep expertise over time within a defined and important area of the platform.

You will take ownership of defined areas, including hands‑on investigative work to validate and improve licensing capabilities and data integrity, while developing strong foundational product management skills.

 

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:

 

 

Help translate customer issues, internal requests, and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlog items within defined product areas

  • Participate in the product lifecycle for backend and platform capabilities, including definition, delivery support, release readiness, and post‑launch monitoring
  • Analyze product and operational data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or recurring issues, and partner with cross‑functional teams to help resolve them
  • Assist in tracking and reporting product health and operational metrics, helping surface insights that support continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to support implementation, testing, and validation of platform changes
  • Work with IT and Customer Support teams to investigate customer‑impacting issues related to licensing, entitlements, or backend systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and business stakeholders to understand how licensing workflows and backend systems support customer and commercial processes
  • Help support the development and evolution of licensing capabilities to improve customer experiences and adapt to changing business needs
  • Help identify operational inefficiencies or data quality issues and assist in driving resolutions across teams
  • Contribute to maintaining data quality, documentation, and operational standards that support accurate reporting and reliable execution

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Operations, or a related analytical rolewithin a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in learning product management fundamentals, including requirements definition, cross‑functional collaboration, and lifecycle execution
  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, IT, DevOps, Sales, and Support teams in a collaborative environment
  • Experience using SQL‑based queries or similar tools to extract, validate, and analyze data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to CRM or enterprise systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent experience

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118,200.00-$135,000.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
