RUCKUS Networks is hiring a Software Engineer who will work closely with our team in Taipei!

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As a Software Engineer, you will join the RUCKUS Wireless SmartZone and RUCKUS One Controller team to build scalable, high‑performance systems that manage millions of RUCKUS networking devices worldwide. In this hands‑on role, you will design, implement, and test features across our controller and cloud service platforms, collaborating closely with senior engineers and architects in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with Java or Go (Golang) or Front-End UI language. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java and/or Go (Golang) or Front-End UI language.  
• Familiarity with cloud or distributed system concepts.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
